"Terrible experience with Daniela and her agent/employee Danielle. I had issues for months about billing, only to be told numerous excuses and lies from Danielle the agent. When I finally sent a long email about it I was told by Danielle her child was sick, and then she got the flu which turned into pneumonia which explained the gap in hearing from her and the work not being done. When I explained that to Daniela because my bill was yet again wrong I was met with extreme hostility and rudeness. She did not apologize for anything and boasted she was the owner. She also admitted Danielle wasn't sick and she did not know where she for that from. When i said well that means this is your issue she took it as disrespect. She then scoffed at my claim and said she had thousands of clients insinuating that she can care less about my issues. I told her I would be coming in for a explanation about this. Danielle the agent who has dropped the ball was not there and Daniela could barely explain what was going on. When I mentioned she was the owner and should know such things she began very defensive and rude explaining that while she is in the office every day she does nothing with the clients. Overall I felt disrespected because there was no empathy for me having to monthly track down what my actual bill is or for the fact they dropped the ball on other issues i have had. Its literally the reason I pay for insurance. Daniela kept making excuses for herself saying thats what her employees are for but her job is to make sure they are doing theirs and regardless she is the owner she is responsible for everything, whether she delegated the job or not. Overall do not recommend. Simply a insurance worker/owner who sits back and collect commissions she does not care about her customers at all. She also blamed me for her and business dropping the ball. In the picture attached she blames her employee for the issue. If she would check behind her employees and their work from time to time this would have been caught. but since she "trusts" her employees aka lets them do all the work, this issue that has been going on since October of last year has not been resolved and when addressed about it while upset im the one wrong. Not profanity used no threats just incompetence on their end. Then when I said I probably wont be renewing, her response as I was walking out was "I dont think I want you as a client, I will not renew you" and i said ma'am thats pointless given what I just said.... Also blocked me on Facebook after I left the same review."

When you visited our office, multiple apologies were extended to you, which was witnessed by everyone present. When you and I spoke, I was in the process of reviewing the notes on your file to determine how best I could assist. I also explained that my most experienced team member had been handling the matter, which is why I wasn’t initially aware that further involvement from me was needed. As I mentioned in my follow-up email—which I encourage you to share in full—I clearly expressed my willingness to step in and assist you personally, as I do for all of my customers. However, once the conversation escalated to name-calling and threats, I made the decision to end our communication. The safety and well-being of my team must always come first. I also want to note that this is the second review you've left regarding the same matter, and unfortunately, the previous one included inappropriate language. We are always open to constructive feedback and committed to helping our clients, but we must also maintain a respectful and safe environment for our staff. Thank you, Daniela Melendez"

"Daniela did a very poor job helping me with an issue. Danielle her employee lied to me after dropping the ball on a issue for months and blamed it on underwriting. Please beware, incompetence is present at this branch. Owner also is a bit of B word if we are being honest. Brags about being the owner then blames all the issues on employees, the people she hired to handle her work. I dont think she understands that she as owner is responsible when her employees mess up, even when she had nothing to do with it or wasnt present."
